Story - Was a bit crazy I can't tell what they were thinking but they took it out by breaking the rules, had no intent of actually following the rules.

it isn't enough evidence but it still shows him doing something with a prop that could be bad or good, who knows

If I end up seeing this guy in-game again, I'll speak to him about it. The evidence you've given isn't quite enough but it's worth talking to them about the report to avoid it from happening in the future.

I can confirm the players were on the server causing issues, a punishment is needed.
