TOPIC: [SSRP] Kargish warn appeal

Story/Situation - Driving around the map with one of my friends we stumble upon an RP house. Inside the RP house Dady and Nib are putting thermal detonators on a car, and we're simply coming over to have a look. When we get there we get threatened by Nib, and a case fearRP is brought up.

There are 2 major points that I want to make.

1. He starts reloading during the fearRP
2. He breaks line of sight on me and I am no longer at gunpoint

So rule 2.7 states:

"If you are held at gunpoint and you weren't holding a gun first, you must follow demands given to you. You cannot equip a gun from your hot-bar or inventory at this time."

Up to the point of him breaking LoS I do not pull at weapon, but when he no longer holds me at gunpoint I pull out my weapon and attack, as I am no longer at risk of being killed.
I think it's an unfair warning as I clearly had the advantage in that situation, and Nib didn't posses a threat when he looked at my mate instead, and thus breaks the fearRP scenario.

If someone could please handle this, that'll be great.

This warn is valid, you can't see other players reload animation so that cancels that out, don't try to lie there and she never put away the gun, she also had her friend there watching so even if her line of sight broke his didn't.

Hello, I was able to contact Oatmeal almost immediately. Him and a Head Admin as well as I all agree that this warn is completely valid.

Thank you for taking the time to create this report.

In the future please try your best not to do any rulebreaks - I understand your point of view but it's simple FearRP. Nib had the gun out first and never completely broke LOS anyway.
