Story - What happend? So I was on s2 waiting for my raid timer to be up to go raid the bib and a-team base when Jabbe's Alt sayes: (OOC) Jabbe alt: its clarkys birthday, everyone send him a spas12 :]. I was trying to make a joke and replied saying: (OOC) |G| Bobby Bobbys: why is he a spaz? After this he asked me if I was disrespecting, which I replied no, and he brought me to a roof, and froze me. He went through the process of asking why I did it and checking my recents. I told him that he called me gang 'motherfuckers' and he kept ignoring me, so i started spamming it to get his attention, in which he got more angry. he then banned me for 4 days for '9 Recent punishments, disrespect/spamming in sit.

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban: I am sorry Clarky, I did not mean to offend you in any way, I only meant it as a joke and I am sorry if that offended you in any way. If I really did offend you I am extremly sorry, I was only trying to make a joke, and I took it too far. I am also sorry to anyone I have affected from breaking 9 rules to get me those 9 recent punishments.

Here's a thought: maybe don't spam the chat of an irritated admin when you've just disrespected him and also happen to have recently broken 9 rules next time? xd

Probably the first time I've actually seen a good apology from Bobby, I don't agree with what you said, but I definitely think you need to review the rules during the ban seeing as you have 9 recents already. As for what Clarky said, in that context I don't think it was disrespectful and seemed more like a light hearted statement in a tense moment.

I want to point out that what I said was not intended in an offensive way so if you were offended by that I apologise , I did speak to gmod and he understands what I had meant by that like we have our lil banter like telling each other to fuck off, calling each other bitches but not LITERALLY meaning it.

You mentioned that I ignored which is not true, I told you to report me but you didn't read it because you were too busy spamming the chat with a paste.

I had talked to you many times about your attitude and your rulebreaks before, I think 4 days is pretty lenient but I'll speak to the administrator who is handling the appeal.

Dang man you still getting banned its been over a year since I was staff on there and you was getting banned then I thought by now you would of found your place in the community and stopped being a shit head.. cray cray mang.

I have Spoken with Clarky, we have come apon a agreement that you need to work on a lot of things which I have already told you in Discord.
We are going to give you a shot at cleaning yourself up and not ending up down the same path as many of your friends and or my friends. Please re read the rules and apreciate this leniant agreement between me and Clarky as it is one of very few out there.
