Login to ZARP

Okay, this is driving me insane, so as my last resort I'm asking you guys to help me.
Please, post stuff that could help me in some way or another. So, last week I played ZARP semi-serious RP, all fine. But yesterday I tried to connect and it stays at Sending Client Info for quarter an hour, then times out. I can't provide a crash report, because there is no crash... and it only happens to ZARP SSRP. Haven't tried any other servers because I only play SSRP. The console has a big bunch of errors n' stuff, so I provided a text attachment, if that helps. THINGS I'VE TRIED: -REINSTALL GMOD -VERIFY CACHE -DOWNLOAD MAP MANUALLY Not sure why it isn't working anymore, but I'm blaming stupid Windows for this. It's been 3 years, guess it needs a reinstall... My specs: Windows 7 ult. 32 bit AMD athon X2 245 3,0Ghz 2GB RAM Nvidia GeForce 9500GT 1024gb 1tb HardDisk space. Not sure this will help, but hope it does THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED! SOLUTION: WAIT IT OUT. |

I used to have this issue. Sadly, the only thing that worked for me was waiting it out. I was finally able to play again 4 months later.

Try connecting to another server non zarp related then connect back to zarp see if that works

PortForwarding is the answer I guess... I used to have a similar issue until I opened gmod ports on my router.

Guess I have to keep trying.
There's no need to wait it out, next week, I'm reinstalling Windows. It's all because of the shitty OS above. Can't live with it, can't live without it. Plus, it's not the only thing which stopped working for no specific reason, there are lots, that's why I'm reinstalling. |

What seems interesting is that these 2 lines pop up in the console first
HTTP ERROR downloading fastdl.friendlyplayers.com/zarp/maps/gra...c_v2_drp_ext.ain.bz2 HTTP ERROR downloading fastdl.friendlyplayers.com/zarp/maps/gra...n_v4c_v2_drp_ext.ain and after that, it tries to use default cubemaps until it times out. If anyone would be kind enough to provide me both files to install manually, It would be really appreciated. |

Sorry to bump again, but the solution was waiting it out.
The problem was that I didn't have the exact map as the server, and there was a problem with the FastDL links. It got fixed ![]() Closed. |
