What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is when a player on the server gives information to other players using a third party software .For example if Player 1 and Player 2 we're using any sort of voice communication or game chat and Player 1 died on a portal trap, or knew the code and then proceeded to tell Player 2 the correct side to go through or simply just giving him the code, in which case this would be classified as ghosting. Even if the information told by Player 1 was false it is still being counted as ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

First of all, I would verbally warn him/her and tell them not to do that again, if this user proceeds to ignore my command and keeps on being disrespectful towards other users or staff members, I would gag or mute this player and also warn him/her, but if he somehow continues being rude towards others after all of that i would contact an admin to handle the situation with this player.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))

I believe i should be chosen for moderator because of several reasons.
First of all, I have been playing on this sever for more than six weeks now and I have also gained trust throughout some of the staff team. I am also very experienced when it comes to staffing in general, so it shouldn't be a problem for me when it comes to knowing the sever rules and helping out. I tend to play deathrun quite frequently throughout the week or at least try to. I feel like me knowing Polish will be useful as i have seen it being commonly used whilst I have been on this server. Even during the times when i'm a normal user i always try to help out everyone and spread positive feels.
