I've been told this is RDM and that it isn't RDM so I don't know.

RDM

Story:
I arrested him because he was wanted. Then he tried to get a friend to unarrest but I was able to arrest him again so he would teleport back to spawn and then his friends killed me.

Hello! After reviewing your report I have decided to accept this appeal, however I will have to look at his recents in order to ban him. The proof does show RDM and for that he will be punished.
