Story/Situation -Pretty much I was fucking around in spawn, got wanted and then cops attempted to arrest me so I killed them.
Unfortunately the cops kept breaking NLR so I had to keep killing them (probably killing a citivilian or two by accident), after a while Katje takes me to a roof and tells me I can't kill cops who are breaking NLR, which I understand but the fact he later tells me that he was "watching me RDM them" kind of takes the piss.
Rather than dealing with the NLR'ing cops he decides to warn me for defending myself against rule breakers.

That moment plenty of people were breaking the rules, i was watching them because it's hard to look who's breaking the rule and who don't. I see you killing 5+ police officers and 3 citizens. I cannot see if it's an accident or not but still if police are breaking NLR, You still can make an F1 so we can handle it. So it's kinda normal you getting a warn for it.
