Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
when someone kills or attacks another person for no rp reason
player x shoots someone in spawn for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
when someone goes back to places and interact with people again before 3mins
player x gets mugged by player y, player x gets killed as did not have money comes back over to player y and shoots them for revenge 1 minuit after player x died

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I will ask to borrow them for a sit. I will tp them to a roof and get both stories. if they are different I will ask them for proof if they don't I will return them back but if there is proof then I will give a verbal unless they have recent rdm warns already then I will give another warn.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I will check the logs and if player y died in the same district then I will give a verbal or warn him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I play on all severs and I am friendly to everyone I meet. I'm always helping people and I'm always giving away money/items to help others. on the bigger severs (2 and 3) I'm always seeing rdm, prop fly/push and rdm, rda, prop push is always getting done to me, if I was mod I could deal with these people to try and make the sever less chaotic. I am dedicated to this sever and since this sever has gave me hours of enjoyment I want to give something back to the community and help. when I first joined I was breaking rules mostly because I didn't read them, but I read all the rules and I swore to myself that I will try my best not to break any rules and I haven't since I said that. (1month). this was the first darkrp sever I played and is the best in my opinion and I would love to carry on playing but be more involved now by helping reduce rule breaking and just give back to this amazing community .

Expand on your questions where you've been asked to give example scenarios.
You only explained the rules, and didn't give examples.

Although it isn't needed, it would be nice if you bolded the questions so they're easy to extinguish from your answers.

No no no.... Whenever I see you online on the server all your doing is RDMing and talking a bunch of shit to other players and just not being a very nice player at all :/

I have not rdmed in a long time. You may have saw me and friend 1v1ing or testing wepons but i have not rdmed. Im not sure if your mod or admin but if you see rdm why dont you do your job and do somthing about it
