if the ban is not removed and I don't get a second chance didn't get a warning, then what does it say about the server and the admins.
I'm not begging I just think is not fair to get banned without a single warning

We don't give warnings to people trying to crash our server and thats what it looked like you were doing to the admin who banned you. So dont try and act like you didnt do anything wrong, you wouldnt have been banned if you weren't fucking around with props. You have only yourself to blaim for it and I would wager that pretty much any server you went on they wouldn't like you to fuck around with props. When your patent enough someone will handle it but don't you go around acting like your ban was invalid because it wasn't.
