What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is when a players uses a third party chat or the public party chat to cross game changing information.
For example player X is dead and is able to spectate the "deaths",he can see which of the 2 doors is trapped and then tells the "runners".This could change the outcome of the round and is considered ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

It all depends on the situation, if somebody is spamming things or becomes racist i would instantly mute/gag them and if they continue after the gag/mute is over then i would give them a warning aswell.

When people are arguing or being disrespectful i would first ask them to stop in chat, depending on how it goes i could give multiple warnings in chat first. When it still continues i would mute/gag the person and if they continue after the mute/gag i would give them a warning aswell.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))

I am an admin on the zarp TTT server and haven't got in to trouble yet which means i can handle the powers. The general rules are the same as on the other server and i have read the deathrun gamemode rules multiple times + i have seen the staff member in action these weeks so i know the rules. You could say im not good at this gamemode and i don't know the maps but that doesn't mean i can't be a good staff member. I feel like i get along very well with the staff members and i would love to join the team! (even though Dezmond is an owner ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° ) )
