TOPIC: In need of a rule clarification.

So, I just got into a sit with Raifster and apparently I cannot make a hitman wanted if he openly says he is willing to kill people for money (a crime) because its his job to kill people, even though him adverting is like tweeting out you're going to kill someone (meaning it is visible to all, especially the police)

For example: [Advert] ^3MonkeyZ: Do You Want Anyone Dead? Place A Hit On Them And That Dream Might Come true

I just want some clarification if this is an actual rule break, because from my perspective I am making someone wanted for openly adverting a crime, being a hitman for hire.

I don't think there's something like that in the rules

Common sense is that if you advertise an illegal act such as placing hits on people it warrants an arrest, however no rule against it so you cannot be punished.

It's not the first time someone has been punished for it. Regardless, I think it's logical to /wanted someone that admits a crime to the public.

IRL when someone is publicly a criminal they are wanted by the police.
It is not in the rules = it is not a rulebreak.
