TOPIC: [TS3] Hopking being offensive to Zan

He has done it multiple times, on darkrp, murder and Now TS3. This needs to be delt with appropriately.

I have talked with Danblo and Hopking. Both of them saying it was about a month ago. So when did this happen Deadly and Zan?

EDIT: Talked to deadly_reflex on teamspeak, the picture was taken on the 12th of september.
