STEAM-ID - Not needed What is your STEAM-ID?
Admins name - TylerDurden Who banned you/who might it be?
Reason -Impersonation What is/might be the reason that you got banned?
Server -Ts3 What server did you get banned from?
Time -perm How long were you banned for?
Story - So basically I was nicking the HA's names because they were changing them to different things. I'm sorry if I offended anyone by stealing there name and I hope to be unbanned What happend?
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Extra information -Sorry Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.
