What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when someone who is dead says anything that can change the outcome of the round, this is most common on maps like deathrun_minecraft_pyramid where there are portals, and you can say which one you died going through, or helix where you give the code for the ending while being dead.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: First thing first, tell them to stop, and warn them that disrespecting is against the rules. If they keep disrespecting depending on the severity, I would either tell them again that its against the rules and it needs to stop, or just mute/gag them there.

Why I should be chosen: You should pick me because im very active on the server, I dont have much to do in my spare time which will make me able to dedicate alot to the server. I know the rules very well, and know what to do in diffrent situations, because I have been admin on a few server. This was some time ago though. I speak fluent english. I prefer mic as communication so I can always be on teamspeak.
