Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
First of all I would warn him , if he continued to do it , I would kick him for mic spamming , 3rd time I would report him to an admin / server owner

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If I saw someone using an exploit , I would begin with a verbal warning that he's breaking the rules , and I would watch him for a few rounds , if he does it again I would kick him , then report him after he breaks the rules for the 3rd time

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
The term "ghosting" means two players working together on the opposite teams , for example one player on "Hunters" and the other on "Props" , when the "Props" player dies , he would give away his teammates' spots and the hunter on the opposite team will find them easily and kill them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Since I started on this server , it has been amazing but I've realized that many people are using bugs, ghosting and hacking while staff members are offline, since I'm active on the server I would love to help by punishing the players who break the rules. Also I haven't been banned or kicked , and I think I'm capable of being a moderator to represent the server to players.
