Story - He was running around as a mutant killing people with an automatic, and broke NLR outside of the allowed districts.

Who was in the channel? - a lot of people

I'd wait until you had the evidence ready rather than immediately post this - then again it does give a heads up for the staff

By the looks of it you used the Teamspeak template, use the one specifically for reporting players.
Make sure you include proof of his steam ID too so something can be done about it.

Pictures aren't entirely helpful because staff cannot understand the full situation, videos are a better necessity. Also follow this template:

Evidence of Steam-ID - (Screenshot or video of the accused players Steam-ID)

i tried uploading my demo i recorded but it wouldnt let me

Upload the demo to YouTube and set it to Unlisted / Public. Then copy your youtube link onto the evidence section.
