Admin Promotion

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
Ban command is appropriate to use when a player massively exploits, massively breaks the rules, cheats, skips the whole map as a runner and kills all the deaths. Ban command is also appropriate to use when someone avoids mute/gag system by rejoining the server and disrespects/is racist against other players.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
One time, when i was playing, the only staff who were on the server was me. There was a nice amount of players, but there was a one guy who mic spammed and was disrespectful against other players. I could only gag him, but he disconnected and joined back. I had to ask another admin to deal with the guy.

Why I should be promoted:
I should be promoted, because there isn't always that many staff members online, but I am online almost every day at least 6 hours. I am very respectful against other players and I try to do my best as helping everyone who needs help. If i would get an admin, I would be stronger against the rulebreakers and help the server to be more enjoyable to play.
