What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Falsely banning me for TOU
What server(s) was this on?: Forums
Evidence:
What happend is that I posted this image on the topic regarding small spook's name, the first post I do admit to breaking Terms Of Use as I said some disrespectful things about morgan, this was removed and I did not complain as I know what I did wrong, however after this I decided to repost the image as this does not break Terms Of Use (as Paramontana said A quote from paramontana " I feel like the image by it self is not breaking TOU and more meant for banter") this once again got removed by Onion, I decided to post this once more as I know it was not breaking Terms Of Use, after this was posted Onion once again removed it, I decided to poke him on teamspeak and ask if it was him removing them, he said and i quote "yeah, you're getting banned" to which I replied with why the image doesn't break Terms Of Use, he ignored these messages.
after this he had already banned me on the forums, so I decided to contact Paramontana asking if he could let me speak with Onion as he was ignoring my messages, he put me and Onion in a spacer where I explained onion it did not break Terms Of Use but Onion refused to listen to what I said and ended it with saying that the ban will stay.

for those who got butthurt for whatever reason, fill this out

While I'm definitely not Onion's biggest fan and he knows this, I can't say he deserves to get demoted for this, something so minor should just be left with you being unbanned and both parties moving on + a revision of the TOU in Onion's case or at the very most he should be spoken to by LT but like I said in my opinion this is extremely minor since you are now unbanned and this seems like a misunderstanding.

i would have been fine with it if onion corrected his mistake, but he refused to listen to me when i explained that the image did not break terms of use and he decided with my ban staying in place, i had to wait my ban out, if he had unbanned me and apologised i would not have moved onto a report

Not gonna pick deathrazor's side here
But that image is not offensive at all, the only reason it could be considered offensive is that of the semi-offensive options on the list.

But there are clearly good options as well. It's like finding this offensive because it has a semi-offensive option on it.

The butthurt report being offensive, is the same as the thing above being offensive so this ban was clearly unneeded, and in my opinion, TOU was not broken at all.
