Story: I payed 120million for my signature and if I have to change my SSRP/Forum name I should be refunded my money because it was the staff teams fault for not telling me to change my name before it became a permanent roleplaying name.

This is not a server issue, you'll need to contact the graphic designer i'm sure you can work something out.
