Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: I would warn and gag them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Trick question, the server automatically kicks people who are detected to have hacks.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: The term "ghosting" references someone giving away the location/role of someone else when said user is dead. Example: The Murderer kills someone, and that someone happens to be in steam chat and says to his friend (who is still alive): "The murderer killed me! He/she is *example name* *example colour*!". Or, once again, someone is dead, and their friend, either the murderer or someone with a gun, is talking to them on steam; "Okay, there's one guy left. He/she is in the *example location*."

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): Well, I'm not too sure what to say here. I can't go with the cliche "Because I am going to help the community and get rid of rulebreakers". Nobody accepts that kind of answer. But, I guess if I must have an answer, I'm quite mature for my age, I can be serious when I need to be. I don't have awful grammar (it's not the best in the world, but it's not terrible). It's true I can only fluently speak English. But if I need to learn more languages, I can do so. Finally, I can be as active as you need me to be. With this computer, I'm able to go on Garry's Mod as much times as I want/need.

Extra Information: I don't have any extra info to give, and since it's not required, I suppose that's not a bad thing.

Hey Kirito! I see your app shows some good understanding throughout of what to do. I think you need to get some more playtime on the server to show you are trusted and worthy of this position. I see you just recently joined the server today and it is good that you want to be staff but I think you should wait a week wiht applying cause you recently joined but if you have great activity we could accepted you and if you have no recent punishments ofcourse Good luck! Hey, you only have 1 day of activity which can maybe be fixed but we recommend 2 weeks of consistant activity to have a high chance of getting this position, i also think you should work on some parts such as the "What you would do if they were micspamming or if they were exploiting, on Zarp we have a Staff Ethos to use as a guideline to help us in situations, you should always give them a verbal warning instead of warning/kicking/gagging them
