Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
A scenario of Random Death match is when you are just running along the sidewalk minding your own business, it would be RDM if someone were to kill you without an RP reason. Hence the "Random"

Player X is walking down the street admiring the scenery. Player Y comes out of no where and shotguns him/her in the face.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
A scenario of New Life Rule is when you are raiding a base and you die It would be against the New Life Rule to repeatedly come back as you died there before. It would also most likely be breaking the raid timer
New Life rule is when after you die you have to pretend you forgot everything from your previous life before you die, like if you die in your base you can't come back until they are done raiding.

Player X dies while raiding a base. Player X instantly comes back to where they died.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first TP them to a roof that is secluded so that I could deal with the situations as fast as possible while also maintaining efficiency which is important to me to keep the server as fun and enjoyable as possible. When I have them both in a sit I will ask each players side of the story to see which adds up with the logs. If player Y doesn't admit for RDM'ing them I would ask player X for proof. If no proof is given I will return them to their previous positions.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would do the same steps as of how I TPd the RDM case above. I would then ask player Y if they were breaking NLR purposely. If the answer is yes I would warn player Y. If it was no I would proceed to ask player X for proof. If player X can't provide proof I would return both to their previous positions. And if necessary after repetitively breaking NLR I may watch and make sure they don't do it again

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be chosen for Moderator on this amazing server because I would like to do what I can to help. I've fallen victim to a lot of RDM and I know what it's like so I will try my hardest to make this server a better place when it comes to RDM. I will handle this position seriously and I will not abuse my power. I also have experience with administrative positions. I'm also a pretty forgiving person so I won't hold grudged against any other staff members or other people in general. I will also not use favoritism and choose my friends over other random people. I will also try to be on the server as much as I can but I can't be on everyday due to other obligations. I will also try to help with anything I possibly can. Whether it be about an RDM case all the way to someone asking how to use the precision tool.
