Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

-Mass RDMing (Killing more than 3 people randomly) AFTER getting warned and/or already aslayed for previous rounds RDMing.
-Cheating/Exploiting.
-Disrespecting and leaving and joining to evade gag's/mute's.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

-I'd look back to the reason for why I've banned them and see if it was that great of an offense, read his appeal word by word, acknowledge his apology, talk to him and make sure whatever offense he's committed isn't going to be repeated and make sure we're on good terms then I'd unban them and warn other admins to keep an eye out.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I enjoyed being a moderator for the server and i thought I've been doing a good job, I wasn't planning to apply for mod but I liked the idea of having more commands (such as ban) as I've ran into several people who have broke several rules and there were no admins online at the time, so i'd like to take action by myself. I consider myself responsible enough to be an admin and have more control over the server at times where there are no staff online.

Extra Information: (Not Required)
-The last meeting I attended I was a bit late (because of different timezones and what not) but I attended the last part and thought it was pretty cool so I'll attend all meetings from now on. (stating this just to know whether I'm eligible to apply for admin or not)
-There's a good chance I'll be MIA for a week because I'm travelling on vacation from 8/8 so I'm not being inactive just not with my computer.
