Story:
I based on s2, server shut down. We joined s3, launched a nuke, joined s2 to base again but I had no refund. I'd be happy if I could get a refund for this, thanks!

Sounds to me like this is your fault. You should have refunded your printers on server 3 instead of leaving to go back to server 2. When you disconected from server 3 the system clears your refunds, you should have not joined server 3 and just joined server 2.
