What did the Staff Member(s) do?:

I was walking to the bank district, and a guard shot me, so I shoot at the guard and squ1d kills me, and when I ask him in ooc why rdm me he says because I shot him(even though the video shows clear evidence I didn't)

In the video you can clearly hear a only glock and a psg, added to the fact there was no blood anywhere near you means you weren't shot.
The guard was shooting Jaffa and no bullet strayed towards you, so it was RDM.

After reading through the comments and the actual request and fully reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this demote request. From what I can see It seem like an honest mistake for someone to make and Squ1d seemed very apologetic about what happened. People make mistakes and shouldn't be punished for them. The only advice I can give is to give people a chance and see that mistakes can be made.
