Reason - Random Battering Ram & NLR
Story - A criminal was jumping on my car, Global attempted to arrest and ended up killing him then he decided to battering ram my car for no reason so I killed him.
He came back around 10 seconds later to battering ram again, I shot at him and he ended up killing me.

After look over the report and seek the proof the did brake NLR and he will be punished for that, But for him battering raming your car will not be punished cause you were wanted and he can do it.
