I wasn't on at the time when the mass RDM happened, but was on earlier and Sam was nothing but a nuisance.

Why are you so convinced Sam did all of that? I thought it was pretty funny how he was making fun of Blocked for having an iridum (that's how you say it?) pickaxe whilst driving. He was just saying stuff like "A Carrot a day keeps the doctor away" while gifting him carrots. Keep in mind that's just for the jokes. He's a nice guy in general.

However he doesn't break many rules, and he was for sure not apart of the mining massacre.

Yeah he might be a good guy, but in OOC he didn't really pass off as nice taking the piss out of people who choose another method of making money besides basing/raiding.

I have reviewed the evidence and came to the following conclusion:

Sam stated that he killed you because of hit and therefore its not RDM.
Unless you provide proof of him actually RDMing you I will have to deny it.

Next time you report someone make sure you have enough evidence to support your claims.
