he was in the vent when i tpd to him so i tpd again because i was stuck while i was trying to deal with an f1 involving a guy in the vault

I haven't been back long, I've experienced 1 sit personally with you and watched you in 4/5 today and I have to be honest, they weren't good at all. You take no time to listen to people, you go into the situation with your mind already made up, I saw you more than once start the sit with the words "You're getting warned" which in my own personal experience with you lead to a false warning which was later removed.

You need to start going into sits with a completely open mind, listen to every side of the story, look at it from all angles before deciding someone is getting warned.

You also need to look at when a warning is actually necessary, every little thing doesnt need a warning, more than often you can talk to someone, explain the situation and give them a chance before handing out punishments.

You're also very argumentative, you seem like you have to be right and will constantly argue in a sit or even here on the forum instead of taking a step back and controlling the situation as a staff member.

Just my thoughts, tried to be constructive.

I killed him in vault, and he warned me for RDM. Totally experienced.

Currently the worst mod on the server, this guy cant handle sits at all, just grabs folk and tells them there getting warned, doesnt even talk to them or do anything

He false warned me, said he had video proof, wouldnt give me it and told me he spoke to head admin Akumi who told him that if i appeal it on the forum it will get rejected instantly and ill get a worse punishment. If I'd got the record i would have still appealed. Complete joke of a mod, he should be facing a demote not a promotion.
