When ever someone scams I think. Do they even have the items?

No proof needed. It's the reason he's leaving.

He's already quit, he doesn't need to be banned. If he decides to come back, i'll upload proof.

I feel a post like this isn't needed unless you're willing to go the full length and fill out a proper request. Without any proof or effort you've done plenty to slander another user. If their actions and motives are as you claim, prove it rather than taking the low road and creating room for gossip.
