Hello, after speaking to Aqua a long time over the situations and addressing your claims in this appeal, and looked at both sides of the story. We've decided to deny this. The fact was you and Emmitt were nowhere near each other according to Aqua. He saw you being very disrespectful, not only to Emmitt but also to InsertName. We've given you plenty of chances Sam, a one week ban, you got unbanned and continued to rack up recent punishments. A two week ban, after waiting it out you proved you are still not able to follow the rules and wrecked up more recents, and finally a three week ban to which you were recently unbanned as the time given on the ban had passed and you've managed to get 10 recent punishments, plus the disrespect and rdm. I've spoken with Aqua and Para earlier and we honestly believe a Month Ban (4 Weeks) will be your last solid chance. If you continue to break rules and rack up even more recents after that ban is appealed or waited out, you will receive a permanent ban.
