Is it possible to buy Mod from Steam, i mean, if i buy Money on steam "add money to my steam wallet" and send money to the owner, will i get MOD?, or i can only buy it with PAYPAL ?

If your adding it to steam why cant you just send it to him on paypal?

you know, i have the credit card saved on steam so i just click "buy" and i have it and my mother and father would never let me buy it on PAY PAL, they don't trust them xD so thats why i want to do it on STEAM
