Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Scamming

Story - (What happened?) I adverted taht i was buying minigun. He offered 200k and i said yes. I traded him and he decilined the offer and told me to go to spawn. When i was at spawn he told me his Trade mod was broken lmao and couldnt trade. He told me to dorp the cash instead. I dropped 300k instead of 200k and he left.
