I have read the comments and have realised that this wasnt such a good idea and there for this can be locked.

No. This rank should only be achievable through hard work and dedication and not past experience. If someone wants his head admin rank back he will have to earn it by climbing the ladder.

Not sure about this to be honest. Resigning at such a high rank and having the ability to reapply doesn't seem fair on new potential candidates for HA. They should have to work their way back up to it again. Dedication and commitment more than anything. May have taken it a differently/worded my words wrong.

If this was ever implemented I would only have it as they could only apply for SA aslong has they had 2 somethings months activity or some shit like that

I think we all know who this for and it seems to be more personal than logical to add this in just for Clarky to get his rank back. He' already said he's going for Administrator, and of course, it's the policy.

They show dedication by currently being a administrator and obvious doing stuff that a SA would be doing / if you were applying for SA. You may also have not read this but this is only if they got permission from 1 of the 4 CM members not just at any given time.

Not at all, staff members should work and be dedicated for their ranks and to be able to jump from Administrator to the highest rank on the server is not fair on others who could've been waiting months to show this such dedication lead team ranks need especially when it comes to the highest on the server. The Super Admin rank is there for the member to prove their dedication and that they are ready to take on such a high responsibility role as the Administrator rank cannot prove this and a lot easier to obtain.

No, as it happens all the time old lead team members return and it there return looks promising but they then slack off and either become a rule breaker or leave again.

Many aspects of the community change a lot in short periods of time and people returning after a while may not be able to keep up to date with new policies and guide lines.

If an ex lead team member is truly ready to return to there former position it wouldn't be at all difficult take Captin as an example we went from admin to head admin again.

Basically I agree with what most people already have said. You need to show hard work and dedication for the server you're applying for and being allowed to go straight back to HA simply because you used to be one before seems both useless and unfair to other candidates.

Besides, if someone resigned then it's clear that they have something going on in their lives that needs their attention. Being so unreliable and yet still being allowed to go straight for the highest applicable rank simply because of past experiences seems... wrong.
