Reason Spawning in weapons

Story So I was rp'ing on the server when I hear an orbital, I dismiss it as I think it is just someone raiding. Soon after there were more and more orbitals and people started saying things like: "Whos doing this?" someone said Kpro was spawning in orbitals so I checked console and he indeed was
