Name - BlueEyedmutant-Harper (or similar name, i can recognize him in game)
Steam-ID - he left and i couldn't take it

Reason - Prop Block
Story - i was walking in map and i saw him prop blocking his base, he also had weapons has citizen (rifle) but i have no proofs of it.
Time and date (CET) - Around 4.00 in italy.
Other comments - no other comments.

No evidence of the SteamID and the proof isn't good enough.
