Anyways, to get Moderator/Administrator you need to apply in the Server Applications section of the forums. You need to use the correct template, too.

Your application will get handled during the meeting this Sunday at 7 P.M. BST

I wasn't sure what I could post and where and I didn't know where I could find anything. Why blame people for being new and confused? You shouls help them instead - it isn't that hard.
