Why did RFlex deny my appeal if morgan is handling it?
And also why did he deny it without any proper reason?

Para does not unban alt accounts that have been permantly banned for ban evading. Its just how it is.

Especially when you gave your alt to someone who was perma banned on ssrp to go and ban evade.
