The main post, not just the title, needs to be edited. As long as there's an application it will need to be handled during the meeting (unless something unfortunate happens and you get banned)

As Raeker has stated, in order for this to not be handled, you will have to remove the actual application and replace it with something along the lines of "I would like this to be locked", otherwise, by policy, we will have to handle it in the meeting.
