How would you deal with a disrespectful player? 1.I ask him stop everything he is doing 2.I slay him 3. I kick him and warn 4. ban

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen because: I play so much time; I'm trying helping the community with every my good ideas; I'm trying become to become the Community's Designer; I think I'll be a good Admin/Mod, because I'll do what I'll can do to be that one; I know good all rules; Many moderators aren't so good. I love gmod and all community's gamemodes, I play all of them.
