How would it benefit the server:
Let everybody use stacker

Ive just logged on and wanted to make a small little base to grow some shrooms for my daily and I go to use stacker and it says only sa's can use it which isn't needed since without stacker for all users only Sa's will be able to make a desent base and in my option I think its a bit biased

Stacker was disabled for a short time due to users crashing the server with it, so I've heard.

The stacker is disabled temporarily and will be enabled again soon.
