Name - What is your ingame name? Not sure what the alts name was.
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? STEAM_0:0:156930957
Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? I believe that it might of been Anon
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Ban evading during CM Ban
Server - What server did you get banned from? SSRP
Time - How long were you banned for? Perma
Story - What happened? So, for some very stupid reason right after I got community banned, I decided to go on my alt account since I thought it would be funny as I was still in teamspeak with people which bad influence on me, who I now are not friends with and never should of been in the first place, I am very sorry for this but I believe people have seen my change since I came back.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? F6 N/A
Extra information - Well, it was very immature of me to do this in the first place, I have no idea what I was thinking at the time, I thought it was very funny because people in the channel weren't cm banned and were laughing at me going around being cm banned ban evading, which was very stupid to do, since it did lower chances of me being un cm banned, but happily I did and people have hopefully realised that I have changed and I am not that guy anymore.
