What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is where players who are dead / in spectator mode give information to players who are alive which could give them an advantage in the map and change the way that they were intending on playing the map. This information can be incorrect but it is still considered ghosting. An example of ghosting would be where a player in spectator mode on the minecraft pyramid map tells a runner who is still alive which portals are safe to go through. It would not be considered ghosting if this information was given by a fellow runner who is still participating in the round.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Firstly, I would notify the person that he is being disrespectful and explain how what they are doing / saying is rude and politely ask them to stop. Secondly, if the player ignores what I am saying I would mute / gag him and once again explain what he is doing wrong and why I have taken action against him. Finally, if the player continues to ignore my requests and continues with their actions I would warn them and explain that I had given them multiple warnings in chat as well.

Why I should be chosen:
I think I should be chosen as I have read and fully understand the rules and can spot when someone is breaking them. I am willing to help new players out and what to see the server continue to grow and become part of the community. I have been on the server many a time where there has been a rule breaker and the current group of players have been helpless in stopping them as there is no moderator online, as moderator I can keep the community thriving and stop these kinds of players. I have played DeathRun for countless of hours across different servers and I want to do my part in helping the community and I feel that I have built up enough experience to do so.
