Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match AKA RDM is where you kill somebody for no rp reason, for example, if you got shot because somebody didnt like you, that is rdm.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule AKA NLR is where somebody dies then comes back to there death location stated at the top of the screen.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: I would ask why player y killed player x then check logs to see if what he said is true, then i would punish player y for rdm.
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: I would read the time stated in the logs and check to see if player y did break nlr, then i would check to se why player x killed him in the first place.
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I have been staff in 2 server and owner on 1, i am good with people and i like to enforce rules fairly and non judgmental. I would also be able to stop rdm and prop block that i have encountered at night when there are no staff on, because i am in a different time zone i believe that i will be a great moderator, and hopefully become admin. This server is one of a kind and i believe the only thing wrong with it is that there needs to be more staff, i am hoping that i can solve this problem as much as possible, as i am writing this there is mass rdm, and prop block around spawn, i hope i can solve this problem very soon, And i have only been warned once not kicked or banned.
