Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop
I would for first explain the very basics of Bunnyhop, varying from the different modes that the server has to offer and as for strafing and basic tactics of gaining speed, including very in depth things such as crouching to make your width larger, allowing you to get to longer distances and basically every single thing that a new player would need to know in order to properly fit in the server and enjoy it as he should.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming
I'll begin with giving them verbal warnings explaining that it may disturb other players and that he is required to stop, and proceed to do so a number of times giving them enough chances to stop.
Should he proceed to do such actions he will be gagged or muted for a duration of no more than 10 minutes as a warning, and if that will not be enough up to 30 minutes.
If the player will leave no choice he will be kicked off the server for his actions.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server
Sometimes people are unaware of their actions, so I will begin with addressing the issue in front of the player and explaining that it is not allowed by the server rules.
Should the player in question continue exploiting even after being given a variety of opportunities to stop the player in question will be kicked off the server for his actions and a higher rank will be contacted with proper evidence and an explanation of the situation.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words)
I should be chosen to become a staff member as I have rather a large amount of experience in the field and am rather active on the server, being on it for an estimated amount of six hours in a normal day which may be extra helpful with my timezone of in which normally no staff will be on.
I am generally very familiar with the way a staff member should behave and all of the FAdmin commands which the server uses, so that may come in as handy as well.
