"if he wont stop im gonna call an amdin or mod i just mean staff" if you meant to request assistance from staff, then there is no need to write mod or admin and to clarify by writing the fact that you just meant staff, most people here know who would be considered as staff or non staff and there is no need to write mod or admin when you could easily save space and improve on sentence structuring by typing staff.

Apart from some small inconvenient sentence structuring and sentence with hardly any meaning behind it, it's nice to see someone have passion to help out with staff related business even though one is not in staff position. Mute and gag punishments are useful, however kick would not be appropriately enough to change one's behaviour, and if gag/mute would not be enough, due to the fact that the rule breaker might constantly break the same rule,
calling in a higher staff like admin would be an appropriate way to deal with continuous threat to the server through punishments like ban. It's totally acceptable if staff is not able to be stay up for extreme long period of time during the day in order to respond to potential rule break on the server for staff to be involved in the investigation, we are not machines and are able to respond when available, due to problems that might be related to IRL.To begin with, this part of the application does not mention the fact that you are the chosen one for the job, but rather you are supposed to point out experiences that you've had in the past related to being in staff position and other personal traits that would be beneficial to the server. "when i joined zarp gmod and buyed zarp" you can't exactly buy ZARP, and ZARP does not own Gmod so it can't be called ZARP Gmod, however what you probably implied is that you joined ZARP community and bought Gmod to get easier access to this community. Although you have some passion in you to some degree, what makes this application worse is that not only do you state negative facts about yourself, no qualifying skills or experience has been shown and on top of that you were out of context mentioning staff's name that is totally irrelevant to the application and proves that you are not willing to cooperate with some staff.

All in all you application is horrible, it's somewhat short, lack in vocabulary, terrible sentence structuring to the point that in order for me to review your app it was more or less like deciphering a code, and when I was able to get past all of that it seemed like some of the sentences make absolutely no sense as in the writer of this application didn't know how to write or what to write in order to achieve substantial word amount as stated in the application template or being reasonably appealing to be promoted, because some of it is just plain gibberish. If I would have to summarise your application, it would be more like a recipe for disaster, you've failed to make a reasonably easy to read with relevant information to the application/staff position application. It doesn't seem like you still understand staff's role on the server as stated in your application in the "Why I should be chosen?" part, based of in-game experience on maturity, as it is clearly lacking due to not accepting logically correct criticism and playing the victim card and not taking any form of responsibility. You have been demoted from a staff position (admin position) due to power abuse in the past and would not be easily trusted until points in the application have been addressed properly, namely "Why I should be chosen?". At some point in time you've been caught to have multiple languages in your application, yet for some reason some of them were removed, even though when trying to explain something to someone about your demotion situation you decided to use russian, yet it's no longer mentioned here, if you can speak other languages it would be greatly appreciated as people in this community are able and do communicate using other languages than the globally international language, english.

Your activity is "decent" to say the least, but you've been constantly trying to apply on this server and other servers with close to zero motivation to stay dedicated to the server, and until you prove you can be more dedicated and loyal, chances are you are hardly gonna try to help out the server.

Verdict:

Improvements needed upon:
- Activity (Minor improvement to show dedication to the server)
- Staffs' role (Understanding staffs' core role on any server)
- Maturity (Accepting logically correct criticism and not playing the victim card almost all the time)
- Honesty (Minor improvement for better staff cooperation)
- Application writing (More useful information related to experience and information about your skills, structuring sentences and the meaning behind them.)

This is all information I've been able to gather so far, but if you think that there is some information missing, then that is simply because I haven't seen everything that you are capable of or maybe I simply forgot to put it in the review. Unfortunately but due to the amount issues that have been brought up you should really take your time to improve before applying.

This review does not decide whether the user will be accepted or denied in the meeting, it only points out issues while containing relevant information to the application that the user has to improve upon in order to achieve the goal. The review is mostly based of objective facts and does not in any means provide subjective opinion unless it is based on other objective facts from other users with humorous twist added as an extra layer from the reviewer.

As a lot of people have said, youre still awfully immature, you take all criticism as hate, a week ago you made a post called i quit zarp but then stated youre not quiting (uh hello, is this 911? I seem to have run out of attention, pls send more) and the way you responded to Gody's reply shows that youre not even remotely close to being staff worthy. Staff constantly get insulted by salty people and if you cant even take a comment that is in no way insulting, then you're just, i dont even know anymore. I have never in 17 years seen anyone like this. Fuck me
