Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
its when someone tries to kill you for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: it's meant to keep you away from the area of your death for a set amount of time

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x: Bring both players to a seclude location and hear both of there stories and decide ether or not one of them needs a warn?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time: to me that would mean both of them are breaking NLR and give both a warn

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I want to help the server and do many tasks such as handling chat disputes, punishing rule-breakers, and defending the server from any other possible threatening ways that may come. Multiple times I've been on, the load of players can not be handled by the small team of staff. On some occasions, there was actually no staff online - leaving a whole server for 'trolls' to abuse. I've fully read the rules , I'm always constantly on Garry's Mod, I currently have 275 hours game time on Garry's Mod, I could put this spare time into Zarp Gaming, bettering the server in any possible way I can. I wish too make the community cleaner of rule breakers in any possible way I can. , I've lived in Canada all my life and only speak English,and some french meaning I can communicate easily with players . , I feel that I could better this community and put all of my experience dedicated into community.

Try using things like bb-code's to make your applications more clearer!
Also maybe make your application a bit longer.

With that activity and the application you look like an new player I suggest that you wait a bit and apply again with better gametime and take more time to make your application add some details to it but I will be voting no for you in the meeting.
