How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been staff for over a month now and Admin for five weeks. During this time I have connected with the staff team and asserted myself in the community. I have built relationships with both users and staff all over the community and I believe I have gained enough trust to take this next step to be able to help even more people. My experience as an administrator and my devotion to the community (that I express in sharing through giveaways and giving people my stuff) shows that I don’t just want this but can do it too.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
I always try my very best to help the server, both its users and its staff team. Whenever someone has a question about applying for the staff team or is interested in applying I tell them to come to me so that I can help them. Besides the fact that I have good activity in-game (I handle a fairly large amount of reports), I am also often to be found on the forums and on TeamSpeak. I try to be as active in the community as I can and have never missed a single TTT meeting yet. I am always kind to people and do my best to help those that need it. I believe I'll be good for the role of Super Administrator because I always try my best to help - this goes for both users and staff. I put in a lot of time and effort into the community and am certain that I would take up my new role as a Lead Team member well.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
There have been many times when there were people that either made mistakes or that started fights, though recently almost everything has been going fine - mostly. I do recall certain moments when staff members weren't acting how they were supposed to, and usually I try to resolve the situation myself, either with or without asking a Lead Team member whether they can help. I then tell the staff member how they can improve and what they can do better. I have done this in the past, though not as much as I'd have liked.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First and foremost I'd try and talk to the user who reported the staff member, rather than the staff member themselves. If the user is not a regular in the community or available on Steam I'll try my best to contact them. If I am unable to do so I'll double check their report to see if there's any way that I can help the user in whatever way possible. After all, the point of the staff team is to ensure that users have a fun time. If a staff member hampers users' fun then that means they're not doing a good job. Of course, I won't treat the staff member unfairly and will definitely listen to his side of the story as well. If the user does not provide enough proof or the staff member provides a different kind of proof to counter that of the user, I'll obviously deny the report - it's just that I'll try my absolute best to make sure that the user is correct and the staff member did abuse, rather than ignore the report in the favour of the staff team.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
'A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?'

If the user made a ban appeal/shorten on the forums, I'd firstly check the ban in game and see whether what the user mentioned in the post is true. After this, I'd ask the staff member via Steam or TeamSpeak whether I could talk to them for a moment about the appeal. Once I manage to get them on Teamspeak (if they weren't there already) I'd get me and them in a Spacer where I'd discuss the situation with them. If the user did not lie in his post and seems truly sorry, then I'll try to defend them when talking to the staff member. I'll insinuate that the user is correct and the ban is too long. If the staff member comes with good counter-arguments as to why the user is wrong and the ban is fair then I'll agree with them. If they come with weak arguments or agree with me that perhaps, yes, the ban was too long, I'll either shorten or entirely revoke the ban.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
'A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?'

If a staff member is struggling to deal with a user in game, I'd probably talk to them via Admin chat and tell them how to handle the situation correctly. Maybe the staff member is acting rudely or maybe the staff member comes across as if they don't care enough or aren't paying enough attention. Hopefully that resolved the problem, but if they are still struggling, I'd actually talk to the user myself and try to resolve the problem that way. It depends on who is in the wrong - maybe the user is misbehaving and trying to start an argument with the staff member or maybe the staff member didn't tell the user correctly why they've been punished. Whatever the reason, I'd do my best to make sure the situation is handled fairly and properly.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
'A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?'

As such conflicts within staff are a rather big problem, I'll get them both in a spacer as soon as possible. If either of the staff are misbehaving - either by being rude to the other or by not listening to what I'm trying to say - I'll try to calm them down to the best of my ability. Such situations should be handled carefully, as a staff member breaking rules is the exact opposite of what they should be doing. If one of the users can't be calmed down, I'll speak to them seperately instead. I'd first listen to the accusating staff member, to see what he's blaming the other staff member for. After that, I'd listen to the other staff member to see what their side of the story is. After that I'd let the two speak to eachother so that they can talk it out. If they can't come to a peaceful solution on their own, I'd make my own opinion clear on the matter - my own opinion will be based on the evidence provided by both staff members. If needed, I'd also check the logs. In the end, I'll either tell the staff member that was accused that they did indeed rule break and what they should do better next time, or I'll tell the staff member that accused the other to not be so hasty with their conclusions next time.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

If the staff member is disrespectful and not stopping after multiple clear warnings, I'd take them to a seperate spacer and speak to them. If they aren't willing to behave themselves I'd take appropriate action, but hopefully they do listen to me and will stop acting disrespectful. Just to be sure, I'll stay on the same server/same channel (on TS) or I'll tell another staff member that can stay with the disrespectful staff member to come to me immediately when they do something wrong to ensure that the staff member is no longer misbehaving.
If the staff member started an argument with other staff, I'd do what I also did with the last question: I'd get them both in a spacer and let both have their say. If the argument is not resolved I'll bring in my own opinion of the situation, if the argument is resolved I'll once more do my best to make sure that such a thing doesn't happen straight after - or ever again for that matter.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
'You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?'

I will do two things: I'll first tell the staff member to come onto TeamSpeak immediately and I'll tell a HeadAdmin to come on as well. I will gather pictures of what has happened as evidence that they did indeed rulebreak to such an extent that it hurts the users and present this to the HeadAdmin. Once the staff member has come onto TeamSpeak I'll discuss the situation with them and what they did wrong. I'll try to solve the situation on my own, though (if possible) there would be a Head Administrator in the spacer as well in case I do something wrong or if the staff member did something so bad (though that'd have to be real bad) that they'll have to be emergency demoted. Hopefully I can convince the staff member to never do something like that ever again, as it was not the kind of behaviour that we expect from staff. Once more I'll do my best to stay close to the staff member in case they do rulebreak again.

Extra information:
TTT, SSRP, exams and nagging parents that never let me do what I want... I don't have a lot of time on my hands. This does not mean that I won't do my best as staff, but time is scarce and I also have a future to think about (I'm probably moving out in a couple months' time). I'll do my best to get my activity up and do as many reports as I possibly can.
