Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: Player X has 10+ warnings, after being warned about it and that if they get one more they will be banned, if they do get another warning then i would ban them for 10+ RECENT warnings

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would thoroughly look through there appeal to make sure they sound genuine about their appeal and they are sorry about cheating. I would get a TS Staff member to pull me and them into a spacer with no one else and would ask them are you truly sorry about what you have done and do you swear not to do it again. If they save yes then i would accept the appeal but keep a close eye on them as they may be using different aim ware software that does not get picked up

Why should i be promoted: I should be promoted because i have had experience within the TTT server before as i held a Super Admin rank on there which shows i can be trusted with power, i also feel i am very approachable to any kind of player and i get along with almost everyone in game. I think i could be a big help to the staff team by keeping stronger relationships within and outside Garry's mod as a whole. I would also be a great help with reports and i always bring new suggestions to the server about how to improve it to make sure everyone has a fun gaming experience.

Extra Information: I have been given permission from Hazzenator to apply straight to Admin.(In my application i missed out Server 2's gametracker because i have like 2mins on in overall, server 1 for life) I also know my activity isn't they best as of today but i will be playing regularly because im making a comeback for TTT, if i dont get accepted that's alright, i will show even moire dedication next week.
