Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Traitor A is up in the tower and shoots Traitor B, Traitor C, Traitor D, and Traitor E with his sniper, killing them. He is reported by all four of them for RDM. He then answers every report with "xDDDDD" and leaves the game before receiving punishment. Therefore, he would be banned for Mass RDM+LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to appeal your ban. You were banned for cheating and that is against the rules of the server. Since this is your first ban, and you clearly put effort into your appeal, which shows you are truly sorry for what you did, so your appeal has been and your ban will be reduced/removed. However, if you get banned because of cheating again, getting yourself unbanned will be much more difficult. Have fun on the server!


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
During the week I am on very late hours in my time zone, which makes it even later hours for the server time since I live in America (usually around 1:00-3:00 a.m. server time). Because of this not many staff are on this late during the school days, and it is usually me and another mod online. So, having Admin would make it easier to enforce the rules when I can not get in touch with an admin, since most would be offline at this time of the night. I also consider myself to be very friendly to others even when being harassed. I also fairly handle as many reports as I can.

I saw you ingame today and you handled a situation badly, lots of people were stuck in the nether portal, and you were asking other staff for help when it was quite easy bringing a few people to you, but you're a great guy and you have a decent app.
