I will just leave my opinion here:

After you got DNA of Raa you should have asked him why he killed that Guy. Not instantly shoot him. Why? Because he could have killed that innocent for self-defence. So it would not be his fault. Also since you had sound off, you couldn't hear him say "This guy shot me so i killed him" . Also, Raa is allowed to warn you for Attempted RDM since you shot him first.

I would agree with you, if you had sound on. Then it would be Raa's fault for not saying anything.

There are many KOS reasons and they all work in different situations and scenarios, here are a few; [You should question the player as to why they are doing these acts before you declare the KOS]

Hello Gody,

Sorry for this taking so long. I couldn't speak with Raa until later and there were some issues in the staff team about the meaning of the word "should" in the rules. You "should" have spoken to Raa, but whether "should" means "should" or "should" means "have to" is something that will be discussed in the Lead Team meeting tommorow. As the rules were unclear and even some of the staff team got confused I will accept this appeal. Be more careful next time.
