Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time
I would ask them you spectate me if they didn't know how i would say for them to press F2. once they are spectating me I would try my best to tell them how to surf to the best of my ability for example how and when you should use the A and D keys if they still are unsure I would provide them with a video tutorial on how to surf.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would first ask them to stop once in voice chat and once in chat if it continues they would receive a mute using the tab menu or by using the chat command after they are unmuted and it continues further punishment will be needed. if they are using chat I will do the same but use the chat mute option in the tab menu.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
After telling them off for using an exploit I would inform a higher member of staff and try and get the exploit fixed so that it cannot be used by anyone else.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words)
I believe I should be chosen because I am already Administrator on SSRP and also Head Admin on Bhop which I hope shows I am trusted in the community and I am very active when I can be. I also believe that I could make a great addition to the staff team. I enjoy playing on the server wich is a plus so it shows my activity would be good.
